Wonder Lake, Illinois – Emergency services responded to a double shooting incident in Wonder Lake on Thursday evening. Two individuals, a female and a male, were shot.
The female victim sustained a gunshot wound to the head, while the male victim was shot in the chest.
Both victims were transported to a hospital by medical helicopters.

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a shooting incident at the Meridian Mall on Friday afternoon.
As a result, the lockdown at the mall has been lifted.
