Fort Ann shooting victims identified as Adam Darrah and Marcus Macaulay

FORT ANN, N.Y. — Authorities have confirmed that two young men are dead following a shooting in Fort Ann on Thursday night.
According to the New York State Police, troopers and members of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunfire around 9:00 p.m. in the area of Clay Hill Road.
Upon arrival, law enforcement officers discovered two male victims lying in the roadway with life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical personnel transported both individuals to Glens Falls Hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased.
The victims have been identified as 19-year-old Marcus Macaulay and 19-year-old Adam Darrah, both residents of Glens Falls.
State Police confirmed that a suspect has been taken into custody in connection with the shooting.
However, authorities have not yet released the identity of the suspect or details regarding the circumstances leading up to the incident.

Suspect in custody after shooting at Meridian Mall

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a shooting incident at the Meridian Mall on Friday afternoon.
As a result, the lockdown at the mall has been lifted.
The Meridian Township Police Department issued a public advisory just before 2:00 p.m., urging residents and shoppers to avoid the area near the Dick’s Sporting Goods entrance while officers conducted an active investigation at the scene.
At this time, police have not released specific details regarding the nature of the shooting, including whether anyone was injured or the circumstances surrounding the suspect’s arrest.
Law enforcement officials continue to investigate the incident and are expected to provide additional information as it becomes available.
