She is expected to be charged with criminal responsibility for the conduct of another (murder) due to her role in facilitating the shooting.
The City of Ferris confirmed that the entire incident was captured on the park’s surveillance system, enabling investigators to reconstruct the timeline and identify those involved.
As of now:
- The juvenile suspect has been charged with murder.
- The adult male involved in the exchange of gunfire has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful carry of a weapon.
