Burr Charlesworth and Luis Mendoza arrested after Broncos WR Josh Reynolds wounded in shooting after leaving strip club
According to witnesses, three men were being followed by two vehicles after leaving a strip club in Glendale.
Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds was injured in a shooting incident that occurred early Friday morning in Denver.
The incident also resulted in injuries to two other individuals.
The shooting took place around 3 AM near East Hampden Avenue and South Dahlia Street.
According to witnesses, three men were being followed by two vehicles after leaving a strip club in Glendale.
The victims were shot at while driving on Interstate 25, prompting them to abandon their vehicle and flee on foot. Reynolds sustained gunshot wounds to his left arm and the back of his head. Another man was shot in the back, while a third victim was injured by shattered glass.
Denver Police arrested two men, Burr Charlesworth and Luis Mendoza, in connection with the shooting. Surveillance footage from the strip club shows Mendoza following the victims after entering the establishment.
Charlesworth admitted to following the victims at the request of a friend but denied firing any shots. He claimed that the gunfire came from the other vehicles involved in the pursuit.

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a shooting incident at the Meridian Mall on Friday afternoon.
As a result, the lockdown at the mall has been lifted.
The Meridian Township Police Department issued a public advisory just before 2:00 p.m., urging residents and shoppers to avoid the area near the Dick’s Sporting Goods entrance while officers conducted an active investigation at the scene.
