Fifth victim of New Orleans car-ramming attack identified as 21-year-old Hubert Gauthreaux

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a shooting incident at the Meridian Mall on Friday afternoon.
