18-year-old Jordyn Campbell killed in fatal west Charlotte shooting

An 18-year-old man, identified as Jordyn Decedric Campbell, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting early Sunday morning in west Charlotte, according to Medic and local authorities.
The shooting occurred around 12:50 a.m. in the 3200 block of Nobles Avenue, a residential area near West Boulevard and close to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Emergency crews responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Campbell suffering from a gunshot wound.
Despite efforts to save him, Campbell was pronounced dead at the scene.

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a shooting incident at the Meridian Mall on Friday afternoon.
As a result, the lockdown at the mall has been lifted.
