1-year-old girl and 20-year-old woman among killed in Aurora shooting
The sole survivor, a 44-year-old woman, is recovering from her injuries, according to Aurora police.
Aurora, CO – Aurora police are investigating a tragic shooting that left three people dead and another injured on Saturday morning.
The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. in the East Evans Avenue area of East Aurora.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the suspected shooter deceased, two individuals suffering from life-threatening injuries, and one person with minor injuries.
Emergency responders treated the individual with minor injuries on-site, while the two critically injured victims were transported to a nearby hospital.
Later that day, authorities confirmed that the two hospitalized victims had succumbed to their injuries. They were identified as a one-year-old girl and a 20-year-old woman.
The suspected shooter was a 19-year-old man, whose death was apparent at the scene.

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a shooting incident at the Meridian Mall on Friday afternoon.
As a result, the lockdown at the mall has been lifted.
