Kenwan Kilgore and Bre Shawn Malone killed after shooting on Post Plant Road in Gadsden County

The Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) is investigating a fatal shooting that left two men dead early Friday morning in the St. Hebron community.
Deputies responded to a report of gunfire in the 1700 block of Post Plant Road shortly after midnight.
Upon arrival, they discovered two men who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
The victims were identified as 20-year-old Kenwan Kilgore and 26-year-old Bre Shawn Malone, according to GCSO officials.
Authorities stated that while there is a person of interest in the case, no arrests have been made.
The circumstances leading to the deadly shooting remain unclear, and investigators are working to determine the motive behind the violence.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is assisting the sheriff’s office in the ongoing investigation.

Suspect in custody after shooting at Meridian Mall

MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Authorities have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a shooting incident at the Meridian Mall on Friday afternoon.
As a result, the lockdown at the mall has been lifted.
The Meridian Township Police Department issued a public advisory just before 2:00 p.m., urging residents and shoppers to avoid the area near the Dick’s Sporting Goods entrance while officers conducted an active investigation at the scene.
At this time, police have not released specific details regarding the nature of the shooting, including whether anyone was injured or the circumstances surrounding the suspect’s arrest.
Law enforcement officials continue to investigate the incident and are expected to provide additional information as it becomes available.
