Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – A devastating shooting incident occurred early Saturday morning at Patty’s Event Center in southwest Oklahoma City, resulting in multiple casualties.

According to Oklahoma City Police Captain Valerie Littlejohn, at least 12 people were injured in a fight that broke out at the event center, which was hosting a Halloween party.

Shots were fired both inside and outside the venue.

Tragically, one person has been confirmed dead as a result of the shooting.

Two other victims are in critical condition.

Multiple individuals have been detained in connection with the incident, and police are interviewing witnesses.

However, no suspects have been taken into custody at this time.

Authorities have emphasized that this was not a random shooting and that there is no ongoing threat to the public.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Police have stated that the shooting involved high-powered weapons, believed to be AK-47 caliber, with over 60 rounds fired during the incident.
